Guwahati Metropolitan Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage Board Online Billing System is a one stop platform towards citizen services such as water supply connection, billing and distribution, payment collection and redressing consumer grievances for Guwahati Metropolitan City. In addition to this the system caters to the departmental workflows related to billing and payment activities.

The objective of implementing Online Water Billing System at Guwahati Metropolitan Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage Board is:
